A well-rounded assortment of our regenerative, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised chicken, selected from the cuts and products available when your order is filled.
While every pack is different, you can generally expect approximately 15–20 lbs in a Small, 30–38 lbs in a Medium, and 64–75 lbs in a Large.
Ranch Packs are built by retail value rather than a guaranteed weight, package count, or specific assortment of cuts.
A Well-Rounded Beef & Chicken Assortment
Our Beef & Chicken Ranch Packs are designed to give you a well-rounded variety of our regenerative, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised chicken, with a mix of everyday staples, premium cuts, and slow-cooking favorites.
Your pack is assembled from the beef and chicken we have available when your order is filled, so the exact combination will vary from box to box. We do our best to create a balanced assortment from both sides of the ranch rather than simply filling the box with one or two types of cuts.
We generally aim for an approximately 50/50 split by retail value between beef and chicken. Because beef and chicken have different values per pound, this does not necessarily mean an equal number of pounds or packages of each.
How Much Meat Will I Get?
- Small: approximately 15–20 lbs
- Medium: approximately 30–38 lbs
- Large: approximately 64–75 lbs
These weights are estimates rather than guarantees. Different cuts and products carry different retail values, so a pack containing more premium steaks, boneless chicken cuts, or specialty products may weigh somewhat less than one containing more ground meats, roasts, whole chickens, or other cuts while still providing the same overall value.

- Specialty or limited-availability products
A Small Pack will generally include a mix of beef staples such as ground beef, a steak or roast, along with several different chicken cuts or products. Medium and Large Packs build on that same idea with more packages and a broader assortment from both beef and chicken.
Specific cuts and quantities are not guaranteed. The assortment changes with availability, but every Ranch Pack is put together with the goal of giving you a practical and varied selection.
