Beef Only Ranch Pack
A well-rounded assortment of our regenerative, grass-finished beef, selected from the cuts available when your order is filled.
While every pack is different, you can generally expect approximately 15–19 lbs in a Small, 30–36 lbs in a Medium, and 63–72 lbs in a Large.
Ranch Packs are built by retail value rather than a guaranteed weight, package count, or specific assortment of cuts.
A Well-Rounded Beef Assortment
Our Beef Ranch Packs are designed to give you a well-rounded variety of our regenerative, grass-finished beef, with a mix of everyday staples, premium cuts, and slow-cooking favorites.
Your pack is assembled from the beef we have available when your order is filled, so the exact combination will vary from box to box. We do our best to create a balanced assortment rather than simply filling the box with one or two types of cuts.
How Much Beef Will I Get?
- Small: approximately 15–19 lbs
- Medium: approximately 30–36 lbs
- Large: approximately 63–72 lbs
These weights are estimates rather than guarantees. Different cuts carry different retail values, so a box containing more steaks or specialty cuts may weigh somewhat less than one containing more ground beef, roasts, or braising cuts while still providing the same overall value.
What Might Be Included?
Depending on availability, your Beef Ranch Pack may include a combination of:
- Ground Beef
- Ribeye, New York Strip, T-Bone, Sirloin, or other steaks
- Chuck, Arm, or other roasts
- Stew Meat
- Short Ribs
- Shanks
- Brisket
- Specialty or limited-availability cuts
A Small Pack will generally include staples such as ground beef along with a steak, roast, and additional cuts for variety. Medium and Large Packs build on that same idea with more packages and a broader assortment.
Specific cuts and quantities are not guaranteed. The assortment changes with availability, but every Ranch Pack is put together with the goal of giving you a practical and varied selection.
