½ Beef Share – Iron Springs Ranch

Our ½ beef share is ideal for families, meal preppers, and bulk buyers looking to secure a generous supply of clean, nutrient-dense beef — while supporting regenerative ranching right here in Arizona.

This share comes directly from Iron Springs Ranch, where cattle are born, raised, and finished on native pasture in Skull Valley. Our Angus cattle are 100% grass-finished — never grain-fed, and raised without GMOs, hormones, or antibiotics. The result is rich, flavorful beef that reflects the land it was raised on.

Each ½ beef share provides approximately 220–240 lbs of finished, packaged meat. You’ll receive 100–110 lbs of ground beef, with the remainder made up of a full variety of premium steaks (ribeye, sirloin, NY strip, etc.) and slow-cooking roasts (chuck, rump, arm, etc.). All cuts are vacuum-sealed, clearly labeled, and freezer-ready.

Pricing: $13/lb based on take-home weight
Total Estimate: $2,860–$3,120 per half
Deposit Required: $400 to reserve your share
Remaining balance due at pickup or delivery.
