Our whole turkeys are raised with care on open pasture, where they forage, roam, and grow at their natural pace. Supplemented with certified organic feed, these birds develop rich, deep flavor and a perfect balance of tenderness and texture — a difference you’ll taste in every bite.
Available in three size ranges to suit gatherings big or small:
- Small (13–15.99 lbs) – Perfect for smaller families or light holiday tables (Avg. 14.5 lbs)
- Medium (16–19.99 lbs) – Our most popular size, ideal for 8–12 guests (Avg. 18 lbs)
- Large (20–25 lbs) – Great for large gatherings, meal prep, or freezing extras (Avg. 22.5 lbs)
Each bird is processed by hand in small batches, vacuum sealed, and promptly frozen to preserve peak quality. No antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines — just clean, honest poultry from animals raised with respect for land, animal, and eater alike.
Available beginning November 8th. Orders are filled in the order they’re placed, and we’ll do our best to provide a bird as close as possible to your preferred size.
Pro tip: Whole turkeys are seasonal and in high demand — especially around Thanksgiving. Ordering early gives you the best chance of securing your ideal size.
